Eligibility:
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The product is damaged
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.
